Zilly Growth Partner - Role & Responsibility

Not just a delivery boy - a frontline brand representative of Zilly, similar to a relationship executive in the banking sector.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Order delivery (food, mart, health, home)
  • On-ground vendor onboarding - bringing new restaurants/shops onto Zilly
  • Local marketing - building Zilly's presence in the area, promoting offers
  • Customer relationship - they're the first impression of Zilly, so behavior and presentation must be professional
  • Feedback collection - gathering ground-level insights from both vendors and customers

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Fixed monthly base salary (guaranteed, not dependent on delivery count)
